All visitors to the city must pay a tax upon arriving at their destination within the city. You are headed to the temple at the far corner of the city, 4 blocks south and 4 blocks east of the gate.
There is a special tax code. Walk east one block, add 2 to your tax. Walk west a block, subtract 2. Walk south one block and your total doubles, but you can divide your total for every block walked northward.
Can you get to the temple with a zero balance, and without walking the same path twice?
